Sour Bill is King Candy's butler and seems to do whatever he tells him to do.

Sour Bill's voice is very slow and he is mostly monotone.He introduces King Candy's grand entrance and is enemies with Ralph ,and in the end when it turns out King Candy is actually Turbo,he becomes Princess Vanellope Von Schweetz butler.
